Ideassion Business Consulting and Creatives LLP is situated right on Anna Salai in the Thousand Lights area. Our address is 253, which used to be 192, so that can be a bit confusing for people who haven't been here in a few years. Thousand Lights is a busy, iconic part of Chennai, and we like the energy of the place. We’ve got a small team here working on a mix of business consulting and creative stuff. It’s a bit of an odd mix sometimes, but it keeps things interesting for us. The office isn't one of those glass-and-steel skyscrapers. It’s just a regular building where we’ve set up shop. We spend most of our time at our desks, drinking tea and trying to figure out solutions for the people who hire us. We don't have a fancy dress code or a big HR department. It’s just us. Some days we’re busy with creative ideas, and other days it’s all spreadsheets and dry business talk. We don't use a lot of jargon or try to sound smarter than we are. We just take the work as it comes and try to be helpful. It’s a practical way to run things. The traffic on Anna Salai is always a nightmare, but being centrally located makes it easier for people to find us once they get through the cars. We just keep our heads down and do what we do. It’s not always glamorous, but it keeps us busy.
