Idea Consultants & Architects

We are located in Bajaj Apartment, specifically at No 4, Unit D on the 3rd Floor of Block- I. This is in the Nandanam Extension area, right near the Boston School. It is a quiet spot most of the day, except for when the school starts or ends. Idea Consultants & Architects is a small operation. We work out of this apartment because it’s comfortable and keeps things simple. We do a mix of architecture and consulting work. Often, people come to us when they are stuck with a project or don't know how to start. We sit down with them and look at the possibilities. We don't have any big marketing brochures or a polished sales pitch. We just talk about what is possible on their plot of land. We spend a lot of time dealing with the paperwork side of building, which is something most people hate doing. It is a lot of back and forth with different departments. When we aren't doing that, we are drawing or visiting sites to make sure things are going okay. Nandanam is a good location for us, and we’ve been here for several years now. It’s a bit of a climb to the third floor, but the view of the street is nice. We are usually here all day working on something new.
