If you head over to Little Mount in Saidapet, you’ll find our office at Old No. 19, which is now New No. 35. We’re up on the second floor. Idam Business Solutions Private Limited is basically a group of us who decided that we could offer something useful to the local businesses around here. Saidapet is a busy place, and being in Little Mount puts us right in the middle of everything. The office is a bit cramped because we have a lot of files and old ledgers, but we manage. We don't have a fancy lobby or anyone to open the door for you. You just walk up the stairs and we’re right there. We deal with business solutions, which is a broad way of saying we help with the stuff people don't want to do themselves. It’s a lot of checking numbers and making sure things are compliant with the local rules. We aren't flashy. We wear regular clothes and talk like normal people. Sometimes we argue about where to order lunch from, but we usually agree on the small hotel down the road. The building is older, but it has character. We’ve lived and worked in Chennai for a long time, so we know how things work around here. We just try to provide a service that makes sense for the people we work with. No big promises, just getting the job done each day.
