We are located over at W 83 in Anna Nagar. It is a busy part of town, so finding a parking spot near us is usually a bit of a headache for people. The business is run by V.K. Midha, who has all those engineering and quality degrees, but here at the office, things are pretty down to earth. We mainly deal with patient care, which means we spend a lot of our time coordinating with families who have someone sick at home. It’s not a glamorous job. We have a lot of hospital beds and oxygen machines coming in and out of the doors. Sometimes the delivery guys are late because of the traffic on the main road, and we have to apologize to the customers over the phone. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The building is just a regular house turned into an office space. It gets a bit crowded with all the equipment piled up in the hallways. We don’t have a big fancy reception area or anything like that. Just some desks and a lot of paperwork. Most people find us because someone else in the neighborhood told them we were here. We try to keep things simple and just get the equipment to the people who need it without too much fuss. It is a lot of hard work, but we are used to it by now.
