Hy-Brec India Llp is located over in Thiruvanmiyur. We are in the Samarpan Apartments, specifically in Block D, Flat 203. It is on Plot No. 23, along 21st East Street. If you’ve spent any time in this part of Chennai, you know it is mostly a quiet, residential neighborhood. We are tucked away in one of those apartment blocks where things are pretty calm compared to the main roads. It is a bit of a walk from the bus stand but not too bad. The office is basically a converted flat, which works well for us. We have enough space for the computers and the few desks we need. Being on the second floor means we get a little bit of a breeze sometimes. We started this LLP to handle our business projects without needing a huge corporate building. It’s just easier this way. Most of the people around here are neighbors who have lived in Thiruvanmiyur for years. We see the same faces every morning when we arrive. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy outside. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. It’s a simple setup. We deal with whatever comes our way during the day and head home when the sun goes down. It feels like a regular part of the neighborhood. We like the quiet pace of 21st East Street. It’s a good place to think and work without too many distractions. There is a small tea shop around the corner where we usually go.
