Honest Shipping Service

Our place is on the second floor of a building on Linghi Chetty Street. If you’re looking for us, it's number 145, which used to be number 70. Honest Shipping Service is a small setup. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations or a big sign. It’s just a workspace where we handle the day-to-day tasks of moving goods. Parrys is a tough place to work sometimes because of the crowds and the heat, but this is where the business is. We spend a lot of time checking on containers and talking to truck drivers. It’s a lot of coordination. We try to keep things simple. When a customer calls, they usually talk to the same person every time. We don't have a big call center or anything like that. We just have a few desks and some computers. There’s usually a stack of documents waiting to be processed. We’ve been here for years and we know the rhythms of the port. It’s not always a smooth process, but we do what we can to fix problems when they pop up. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We just want to do our job and go home at the end of the day. It’s practical work for people who need things moved across the sea. We mostly deal with freight and logistics in a very hands-on way. Everyone here just pitches in to get the cargo moved.
