We are set up in Chennai, and we’ve been part of the city for quite some time now. Our clinics handle a variety of different things, which is why we have the multispeciality name, though we don’t like to make too big a deal out of it. It’s just about having different people here who know about different things. The Chennai heat is something we always have to deal with, so we make sure the fans are always spinning for anyone who comes in. It’s not a fancy corporate office with leather chairs and glass walls. We keep it simple. There are rooms for consultations and a place for the staff to take their lunch breaks. We see people from all walks of life here. Some are coming from the other side of the city, while others just live around the corner. We don't spend money on big billboards or anything. Word of mouth is usually how people find out about our spot in Chennai. It’s a busy life, and there’s always someone waiting in the lobby. We try to get through things efficiently but we also like to take a minute to actually talk to people. It’s just us doing our work in the middle of the city noise. Nothing more, nothing less. We stay open until late most nights.
