Homeo Drug Stores

We are located on Thambu Chetty Street in Parrys, which is one of the oldest and busiest parts of the city. The shop has two numbers because of the way things changed over the years, New No 299 and Old No 144. If you know Parrys, you know how narrow and crowded the streets can be. Our store is a bit small and the shelves are packed from floor to ceiling with glass bottles and little packets. It has that distinct smell of a traditional pharmacy. We’ve been here for a long time, and the wooden counters are smooth from years of use. It isn't a bright, modern pharmacy with neon lights. It is more of a quiet, old-fashioned place where people come when they need something specific. We spend a lot of time looking through the stock to find the right remedy for someone. There is usually a bit of dust on the higher shelves because it’s hard to reach everything every day. The street outside is always noisy with carts and people walking by, but inside it stays relatively calm. We don't do any big advertisements. People usually find us because their parents came here or someone in the neighborhood told them about us. We just keep our head down and serve the folks who walk through the door. It is a simple business run by people who know the local area well and appreciate the history here.
