Home Tech is located at No 21, Velu Street in West Mambalam. We are right across from the Indian Bank bus stop, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside. It is a lively place to work. We have been here for years, and we know the neighborhood very well. Mambalam is a crowded area, so we often work on projects where space is very limited. We have to be clever about how we use every square inch. Our office is quite small and filled with blueprints and various building materials. We don't have a big staff or a polished reception area. Usually, you’ll just find us sitting at our desks working through the latest project. We talk to a lot of local homeowners who want to fix up their places. We try to give them advice that makes sense for this climate and this part of town. Sometimes it’s about fixing a leak, and other times it’s about a whole new room. We deal with the local workers directly, which helps keep things moving along. It is a lot of hard work, but we enjoy seeing a house finally come together. If you take the bus to the Indian Bank stop, we are just a few steps away. We stay open pretty late most days because there is always more to do.
