This shop is located at No 2134 L Block in Noor Towers, right behind the Hot Chips on 12th Main Road in Anna Nagar West. Having that landmark nearby makes it easy for people to find us, even if they aren't from this part of town. We spend a lot of our time in the back rooms, checking on the stock and making sure everything is in the right place. It is often a bit dusty because of the construction work that always seems to be happening nearby. We have a simple desk near the front where we keep the ledger and a few pens. The vibe here is pretty quiet, except for when the lunch crowd heads to Hot Chips and the noise level picks up. We are a small team and we do everything ourselves, from lifting the heavy items to sweeping the floors at night. It is not a flashy place with polished floors. We have some older shelves that have been here since we started. Sometimes the fans make a bit of a squeaking noise, but we have gotten used to it. 12th Main Road is a good place to be, even with the parking issues. We just focus on our daily routine and make sure we are ready for whoever walks through the door. It is a practical way to run a business, and it suits us just fine. We are just regular people working in a busy part of Anna Nagar.
