We are located in the Platinum Apartments, specifically at 61/1 in Anna Nagar West Extension. Chennai is a big, hot city, and this neighborhood is one of those places that feels a bit more lived-in and established. We’ve been operating Hochtief India Private Limited from here for quite a while. It’s not a standalone office building, but a part of a larger complex, which makes it feel a bit more like a community. The 600101 pin code is pretty well known in this part of town. We spend our days mostly at our desks, working through paperwork and talking on the phone. It’s a practical space. We haven't spent much time on interior design or anything like that. The walls are plain, and the furniture is just there to be useful. Outside, the streets are usually lined with cars and people going to the local shops. It’s a busy area but we like it because it feels central. Sometimes the humidity in Chennai gets to us, but the office is where we get our heads down and focus. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the loudest company out there. We just want to do our work properly and go home to our families. It’s a straightforward way of living and working. There’s no need to make it sound more complicated than it actually is. We’ve got some files stacked in the corner and a coffee machine that’s a bit temperamental today.
