We are Hitech Home Appliance Pvt Ltd, and you can find us over at No. 370 in the 13th Block of our neighborhood here in Chennai. We’ve been around for a while, dealing with all the stuff that keeps a house running, like fridges, washing machines, and smaller kitchen gadgets. Our shop isn't a massive showroom with bright lights and salesmen in suits. It’s more of a practical place where we keep stock and help people find what they need. Most of the time, our floor is a bit crowded with boxes and units waiting to be delivered or fixed. Chennai weather can be really hot, so we end up dealing with a lot of air conditioners and fans especially during the summer months. It’s a bit noisy with the street traffic right outside, but we are used to it by now. We are just a local team of guys who know how these machines work. If something breaks, we usually have a good idea of why. We don't do any big fancy ads. Usually, people just come in because they live nearby or their neighbor told them about us. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or talking to customers who walk in with a broken toaster or asking about a new stove. It is just everyday business for us here in the 13th Block. We keep things simple and just try to get the appliances working for people.
