Hifocus India Pvt Ltd (Kwality Telecom)

We are located at 4 Wallers Road, which is just off Mount Road. It is a famous part of the city and very central for everyone. Hifocus India Pvt Ltd, or Kwality Telecom as some of our older customers know us, has been in this building for quite a while. The area is always crowded with traffic and people moving around at all hours. It is an old building, so it has its own quirks, like the stairs being a bit narrow and the windows rattling when big trucks go by. Our space is usually filled with equipment and cables. It is not the neatest place you will ever see, but we know where everything is kept. We don't really do the whole polished corporate look because it doesn't fit our style. It is more about having a functional workspace where we can test things and talk to people who walk in. Being near Mount Road means everything is close by, which helps with getting supplies. The noise from the street is constant, but it just becomes background noise after you work here for a week. We usually have the radio playing to balance it out. It is a small team and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing at the time. Sometimes it is answering phones, sometimes it is fixing a connection. We just keep at it and do honest work in a busy part of town.
