Royapettah is a classic Chennai neighborhood. We are on Jani Jahan Khan Road at number 55/139. It’s a busy area, lots of old buildings and narrow streets. Hidaya Builders is right in the middle of all that. The noise of the city is always there in the background—horns honking, people talking, the general buzz of Chennai -14. Our office is a straightforward place. We don’t have fancy air conditioning in every corner or a giant glass front. It’s a real place where real work happens. Sometimes the humidity is hard to deal with, but that’s just life in Chennai. We’ve been at this Royapettah address for a bit now. The neighbors are mostly other local businesses and families who have been here for generations. We fit right in. If you are looking for us, you just head down Jani Jahan Khan Road and look for the number. It’s not a shiny new skyscraper. It’s a building with character. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just build things and manage our projects from this desk. It’s a practical way to run things. We like being close to the heart of the city. There’s always something happening right outside the door. You can hear the tea stalls and the scooters all day. It’s just how Royapettah is. We’ve got our spot and we keep it going. No complaints from our side.
