Hi-Line Aqua

Hi-Line Aqua is based out of Soundram Apartments in Adyar. We’re specifically at 28/1, on Third Main Road in Kasturba Nagar. It’s a nice, leafy part of Chennai, but it still gets that coastal humidity that everyone knows about. Working out of an apartment building like Soundram makes things feel a bit more personal and less like a cold shop. We deal with water stuff, so there’s usually a bit of equipment around or some filters waiting to be moved. Third Main Road is usually busy with people going to work or school, so there’s always life outside the window. We started this because we knew a lot about the local water and what people in Adyar actually need. It’s not a giant warehouse, just a focused space where we manage our day-to-day tasks. Sometimes we’re out on calls, and other times we’re just sitting here answering the phone. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us. We know the neighborhood well and most of the people who come to us are locals from Kasturba Nagar or nearby. It feels good to be part of the community here. The office is a bit cluttered with manuals and spare parts, but we know where everything is. We just take things one day at a time, making sure everyone gets what they need without any fuss.
