Heritage Property Development Company Private Limited is our name, and we are based in Chennai. We are specifically located at 187, 1st Cross Extn Street in Heritage Jayendra Nagar, Sembakkam. It’s a quiet residential area, which is nice because it’s away from the main city noise. Our office is just a regular building where we handle all our property development work. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and talking to contractors about different sites. Chennai weather is usually very hot, so the AC in the office is our best friend most of the year. We aren't a big, flashy developer with huge billboards. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Most of the people we work with are from the neighborhood or nearby areas. It is a small team here, so there is no corporate ladder or anything like that. We just sit around the table and figure out how to get things built. Sometimes we have to deal with delays or paperwork issues, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We don't try to sound like we know everything. We just do the work, keep our heads down, and try to make sure everything is done right. Sembakkam is a good place for us to stay grounded. We usually finish up the day by making sure the site gates are locked.
