Harish Furnitures

We are over at number 292/1 on Kilpauk Garden Road. It is a decent spot in the Kilpauk neighborhood. Harish Furnitures has been here for years. The building is older and has its quirks, like a floor that creaks in certain spots. We know exactly where those spots are so we don't trip. It is a simple place with white walls and a lot of things packed inside. We don't have much extra space to move around, so you have to be careful not to bump into stuff. The street outside is usually lined with trees, which makes it a bit nicer than other parts of town. We get a fair amount of sun through the front door in the mornings. Sometimes we sit out front when things are quiet. There is no big marketing team here, just us. We answer the phone ourselves and handle everything that comes through the door. It is a bit of a walk from the main bus stop, but people still find their way to us. We keep the shop open till late most evenings because that is when people are out and about. It is not a polished showroom. It is just a workspace where we keep our inventory. We like the local vibe of Kilpauk Garden Road. It feels like a real community here.
