Hardcore Systems Pvt Ltd is based on the first floor of 23, Kandappa Mudali Street in Sowcarpet. If you’ve ever been to Sowcarpet, you know how packed and lively it is. The streets are narrow and full of people, so it’s quite a different world once you step inside and head up to the first floor. We’ve been running our systems business from here for a long time. It’s a bit of a tight fit with all the computers, servers, and spare parts we have lying around, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent working on technical issues or setting up new systems for our clients. We aren't the kind of place that has a big, shiny lobby. It’s just a functional office where we get to the bottom of whatever technical problems come our way. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes the office a bit uncomfortable, but we have our fans and we keep going. We don't really do any promotional stuff or have a big sales pitch. People usually find us because they have a specific technical need and they’ve heard we know what we’re doing. It’s a busy, sometimes messy environment, but we enjoy the challenge of figuring things out. We focus on the hardware and the software, and we try to keep things as simple as possible for the people who rely on us.
