Hanil Automation India Pvt Ltd is out in a place called A.N.Kandigai. We are near the Vayalur Post in Sriperumbudur, Tamilnadu. It’s an industrial area, so there are a lot of factories around us. We work on automation, which basically means we help machines run themselves. It’s a lot of sensors, wires, and little boxes that control everything. We aren't a big company with a huge headquarters. Our place is simple and functional. We spend most of our time looking at control panels and trying to figure out why a line stopped moving. It’s technical work, but we talk about it in simple terms. We don’t have a sales team going around making big promises. Most of the other businesses in Sriperumbudur know where we are if they need help with their systems. The drive out to Vayalur Post is a bit long if you’re coming from the city, but it’s worth it for the quiet. We have a small group of people here who have been working together for years. We just keep our heads down and focus on the electronics. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit. You’re more likely to see us with a screwdriver or a laptop in a dusty corner of a plant. That’s just how it is for us at Hanil. We keep the machines going for the folks who need them.
