We’ve been in Alapakkam for a while now. Our office is on 12th Cross Street. It's a busy area in Chennai, and there is always something going on outside our door. We handle building projects and different kinds of infrastructure stuff. Most of our work is right around here or in the nearby neighborhoods. There's about ten of us working out of the 61 Astalakshmi Nagar office. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It's just a few desks and some old drawings on the walls. People walk in sometimes to ask about site work or if we're hiring any new hands. We spend a lot of time on site anyway, so the office is mostly for doing paperwork and making phone calls. Managing construction in a city like this is always a bit of a puzzle. The traffic makes moving materials a real pain most days. We just try to get the jobs done without making too much fuss for the neighbors. It's hard work, especially when the heat gets bad in the summer months. We've got a few trucks and some regular crews we’ve worked with for years. If you're looking for us, we're right near the corner of the block. It's a quiet street usually. We don't do much advertising, mostly just word of mouth from folks who've seen our signs. That's how it goes for Hallmark Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. most of the time.
