H & R Johnson India Ltd; Chennai

Our spot is at P.Sangar A2 in the Samarpan building on Landons Road. This is in the Kilpauk area of Chennai, 600 010. Landmark Constructions put this building up, and it’s a decent place for H & R Johnson India Ltd; Chennai to operate from. Being on Landons Road means there is a lot of traffic and activity nearby. We don't have a big corporate lobby. Instead, you just come to the A2 unit. Inside, the space is filled with desks and the usual office equipment. It feels a bit like a home because it's part of the Samarpan complex. We keep the fans going to deal with the Chennai humidity, and there is always a folder or two that needs filing. We don't have any promotional banners or mission statements on the walls. It’s just a place where a small team works every day. Kilpauk is a good neighborhood, even if finding a parking spot can be a bit of a challenge in the afternoons. We know the local shops and the people who work in the nearby buildings. It’s a very grounded way to run an office. We show up, drink some coffee, and get through our list of things to do. There’s no fancy marketing or polished corporate talk here. We are just a local team doing our work on Landons Road. It works for us and we keep things simple every day.
