Gv Realty Holdings Llp is located right here in Nungambakkam on 3rd Street in Thirumoorthy Nagar. If you know the area, it's pretty central and usually has a lot going on with people coming and going. We have been working out of this spot at No.9 for some time now. Dealing with real estate and property holdings takes up most of our day. It’s mostly paperwork and talking to folks about land or buildings. Some days are quieter than others, especially when the weather gets really hot outside and nobody wants to be walking around the streets. We aren't a big flashy firm with a huge lobby or anything like that. It is just a practical workspace where we get things done and keep our files organized. Our team knows the local streets pretty well because we spend so much time looking at sites and checking on things nearby. It gets a bit crowded on the street sometimes with the bikes parked outside, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We just focus on the property stuff we have on our desks and try to keep things moving along. It is steady work. Usually, one of us is in the office if you happen to stop by, though we are out looking at sites quite a bit too. That's just how the real estate business goes for a small place like ours in this corner of Chennai.
