We are Gulf Contracting Co W.L.L. and we are located in Doha, Qatar. Our mailing address is Box 3886. If you have been to Doha, you know how much building is going on all the time. It is a lot of dust and heat, but that is just part of the job here. We have our office set up to handle all the various contracting projects we have going on. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we usually try to get the most important stuff done early in the morning. We are just a bunch of regular people working in the construction and contracting field. There is always some kind of problem to solve, whether it is a delivery that didn't show up or a change in the plans. We don't really have time for big speeches about what we do. We just do it. The office is usually full of maps, blueprints, and empty coffee cups. It is a working environment, not a showroom. We have been around for a while and have seen the city grow quite a bit around us. Most of our days are spent checking on progress and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. It is steady work, and we keep at it day after day. It is not always exciting, but it is what we know how to do. Some people might find the desert life tough, but for us, it is just home and where the work happens to be right now. We keep things simple here.
