We've been over here at No. 14-A in the South Phase Industrial Estate in Guindy for a good while now. It's a busy spot. Most of the time, the team is just busy getting orders sorted and making sure the lenses are right before they go out the door. It gets pretty loud with all the machinery going, especially in the afternoons when we’re trying to hit the shipping deadlines. We started out small, just a few people in a cramped space, and eventually moved into this unit here. Guindy is a central place for us, easy enough for the trucks to get in and out, though the traffic on the main road can be a real headache some days. Our floor is usually covered in some dust from the edge grinding, but we try to keep it tidy enough. Most of us have been working here for years, so we kind of know where everything is without looking. There isn't much to see if you just walk in, it's mostly workbenches and boxes piled up. We handle a lot of different prescriptions every day. Some are simple, some take a lot more time and double-checking. If you’re coming by, look for the sign near the gate, it’s tucked away a bit. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks and the back area where the real work happens. It’s a steady rhythm here, day in and day out, making sure people can see better.
