GTS Tool Plast LLP

Our place is down in the Sidco Industrial Estate in Thirumudivakkam. It’s a busy area with lots of trucks and noise all day long. We deal with molds and plastic parts mostly at GTS Tool Plast LLP. We moved to this 98/11, 12th Cross Street spot a while ago because we needed more space for the new machines. It is not a quiet office job; there is always a bit of oil on the floor and the constant sound of the injection machines running. We have a small crew who really knows their way around the tools. We don’t spend money on fancy brochures or a dedicated front desk person. Usually, if you call us, one of the guys on the shop floor picks up. We get a lot of local orders from the other factories nearby. It is just practical, hard work. Sometimes a mold needs a bit of extra tweaking, and we spend all night getting it just right. That happens more than we’d like. 14th Main Road gets pretty crowded in the mornings, so we usually get in early to beat the traffic. We have got a few old machines that still work better than the new ones, and we take good care of them. People come to us when they need something specific made without a lot of fuss. We just do the work, pack it up, and send it out. It is a straightforward way to make a living.
