Starting with where we are. Melpatti Ponnappa Street is where the office is. It's a busy part of Perambur. We handle the benefit fund stuff here. People come in from around Chennai. It’s just a few of us working at the desk. We've been at 71/72 for a while now. It's not a fancy building but it works for what we do. Folks stop by to talk about their accounts. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud. We try to keep things simple. If someone needs to save some money or get a small loan, they just walk in. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just regular people helping other regular people in the neighborhood. Perambur has changed a lot over the years, but our spot on the street stays the same. We know most of the people who come through the door by name. It’s better that way. No one wants to deal with big banks where you’re just a number. Here, you sit down and we figure out the paperwork together. It's straightforward. We keep the ledger books and do the entries. It is what it is. Just a local office doing local work for the community here in Chennai. Nothing more to it really. We aren't trying to be something we aren't. People seem to appreciate that. It's been this way for years and we don't see any reason to change it now.
