We are Gsquare United Realty LLP, based out of the Harrington Apartments over in Chetpet. Our office is Flat No 14 on the third floor. Harrington Road is one of those places that everyone knows, and being in the apartments here makes it feel more like a community than just a busy business district. We spend our time working on different realty projects around Chennai. It is mostly a lot of phone calls, coordinating with contractors, and making sure the site work is actually happening like it’s supposed to. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather gets hot or the rain starts pouring down, but we make it work. We are a pretty straightforward group. We don't have a big corporate headquarters, just this space on the third floor where we keep our files and meet up to plan out the next steps. It gets a bit crowded when we have all the paperwork spread out, but we manage just fine. We’ve been doing this for a while and we’ve learned that the most important thing is just showing up and dealing with whatever problem comes up that day. Real estate has its ups and downs, but we’ve stuck with it because it’s what we know best. If you’re wandering around Chetpet and need to talk about some land or a building project, we’re usually up here working away on something new or fixing an old issue.
