Grover Industries

We have been operating out of 128C in the Vichoor Industrial Estate for quite a while now. Getting here every morning involves navigating the usual traffic into Manali New Town, but once you are inside the estate, things settle into a regular rhythm. Grover Industries isn't a flashy place. It’s mostly just the sound of metal moving and the smell of a working shop floor. The walls at 128C have seen better days, but they hold up the roof just fine. People around here know us by the sign out front, though the sun has faded the lettering a bit over the years. We spend most of our time just getting the work done. It’s loud, sometimes it gets very hot in the afternoons, and there is always some piece of equipment that needs a bit of grease. The neighbors in the other units are mostly quiet, just busy with their own projects. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and find someone working near the back of the bay. Manali New Town is a busy spot, and being tucked away in Vichoor helps us stay focused on the tasks at hand. It’s not a complicated setup. We have our tools, our workbenches, and a small corner for tea when the shift gets long. Most of the guys have been here for years. It’s just a place where things get made day after day.
