Our place, Green Channel Logistics Pvt .Ltd., is located in Saidapet, right on K.P. Koil Street. We’re at New No. 80, which used to be known as No. 68. Saidapet is a really lively part of Chennai, and there is always something going on outside our door. We’ve been operating from this building for quite a while now. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything. It’s just a regular room with some desks, computers, and a lot of files. We focus on logistics, which basically means we spend our time figuring out the best ways to move goods. The street can get pretty crowded, especially during festival times because of the temple nearby. We’ve learned to work around the noise and the crowds. It’s a small group of us here, and we like it that way. We don’t really do marketing or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have used us before. We try to be honest about how long things will take. If there’s a delay, we just tell it like it is. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it works for us. Every day is a bit different, but it always involves a lot of talking and checking on shipments. It’s just a normal job in a busy part of town. We are just here doing our bit every day.
