Graduate Engineering Trainee

We are located at 1/2A, 13Th Cross Street in Venkateshwara Nagar, Ramapuram, Chennai. This is where we operate as Graduate Engineering Trainees. Chennai is a big, busy city, but our street is a bit more tucked away. The office is basically a house that’s been converted into a workspace. It’s a bit tight when everyone is there at the same time, especially with all the computers and the wires running across the floor. We spend a lot of time on the 13th Cross Street, and you can usually find us grabbing a snack from the local vendors during our breaks. The building isn't brand new, and the air conditioning struggles a bit when the Chennai heat really kicks in during May. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate values posted on the walls. We just have a lot of technical manuals and some whiteboards filled with scribbles. Most of our work involves checking data and learning how the engineering processes are supposed to run. It’s a very straightforward place. We aren't here to look important; we are just here to learn how to be good engineers. Sometimes the traffic in Ramapuram makes us late, but we put in the hours regardless. It’s just a normal, everyday work environment for a few people starting their careers in this part of India. We hope to stay focused on our daily tasks.
