If you come down to No. 8 Devaraj Street in Ambattur, you will find our small office. If you've spent any time in this part of town, you know it’s full of small workshops and factories. Our place is right in the middle of all that activity. We handle exports for different kinds of materials and parts. It’s a practical space, not something you’d find in a big business park. We have a few desks, some old computers, and a lot of boxes stacked in the corner. There are four of us here, and we’ve all been working together for years. We know the routine pretty well by now. The day usually starts with a lot of phone calls to the transport guys and the suppliers. Ambattur can be very loud with all the machinery around us, but we don't really notice it anymore. We don't use any fancy talk or try to sound like a big company. We’re just a small team trying to get the orders shipped out without any trouble. Sometimes there are delays at the docks or the paperwork gets stuck, and we have to spend hours sorting it out. It can be a bit frustrating, but that’s the nature of export work. We usually have our lunch together in the office and talk about things other than work. It keeps the atmosphere light even when we are busy with a big shipment.
