Copper Chimney

Copper Chimney is at No. 74 Cathedral Road in Gopalapuram. This part of town is usually quite busy with people heading to work or running errands. Our place is easy to find if you are driving along Cathedral Road. It’s a solid building and we have been here for a good while. Inside, it’s all about the daily routine of preparing things and making sure everything is ready for the day. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or trying to look corporate. It’s more about the kitchen and the service area being functional. The staff here are mostly people who have been with us for a bit, so we all know how the day is going to go. Gopalapuram is a nice area, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes for those coming to see us. We have a lot of regular people who walk in just because they are nearby. The atmosphere is just normal—not too loud, not too quiet. We focus on the tasks at hand, whether it's cleaning up, prepping, or dealing with the deliveries that come to the back door. We don't really have a big marketing plan; we just open the doors and get to work. It’s a practical way to run a business and it keeps us grounded in the neighborhood. We are just here doing our thing and seeing the same faces every week.
