Golden Star promoters Pvt Ltd is situated at No 1, 4th Avenue Harrington road Chetpet. It’s a nice enough area, fairly central, so getting here isn’t too much of a hassle. We deal with property and promotion work. The office isn't anything over the top. It has some desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of maps and plans lying around. We spend a good chunk of our time talking to people about land and buildings. It involves a lot of paperwork and trips to different sites. Some days are spent entirely on the phone, while others we are out walking around various plots. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us trying to keep things moving. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy sales pitches. We just tell people what is available and what the situation is. Chetpet is a good base for us. We've seen how the city has grown and changed over the years. We try to keep our records straight and our clients informed. It’s a straightforward business and we treat it that way. No need for anything complicated. Sometimes the office gets a bit hectic when several things are happening at once, but we manage. It's just regular work for a regular team. We usually close up around six or seven in the evening.
