Globe Mirror Industries

Our place, Globe Mirror Industries, is located at No B 11 in the Industrial Estate over in Guindy. It’s a proper industrial area, so it’s often noisy with the sound of machinery and trucks coming in. We’ve got a lot of glass and mirrors around here, which means we have to be careful how we move. The space is big enough for what we do, but it’s definitely not a fancy office. It’s a workshop through and through. We get in early to start the day's work. There’s always cutting, polishing, or loading to be done. We’ve been here for a good while, and most people in the Guindy estate know where B 11 is. The smell of the workshop is mostly just dust and industrial glass cleaner. We wear heavy boots to keep our feet safe from any stray shards. There is a small break room in the back where we have our tiffin and talk about whatever is in the news. It’s a hardworking environment. We don't wear suits or sit in air-conditioned rooms all day. Most of the time, our hands are busy. We deal with all sorts of orders, some big and some small. The floor can get a bit messy with scraps, but we try to keep it organized enough to get the jobs finished. We don’t have a marketing department telling us what to say. We just tell people we make mirrors. If you come by, you’ll see the stacks of crates.
