You’ll find us on the 3rd floor of Lakshmi Enclave, which is at 42 South Boag Road in T Nagar. Being in T Nagar means it’s always loud and there’s always something happening outside. We’ve got an office that’s mostly filled with samples from different factories and a lot of folders. Since we do sourcing, our day is usually spent on the phone or typing out long lists of requirements. It’s not a very big space, and sometimes it feels even smaller when we have a lot of new samples arriving at once. We don't have any fancy signage or a big lobby. You just come up the stairs or take the lift and we’re right there. We’ve been here for a few years and the building has that lived-in feel. Our desks are covered in sticky notes and half-empty coffee mugs. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with suits and formal emails. We just talk to people like they’re people. Sometimes things go wrong with a shipment, and we spend the whole day trying to fix it, which can be stressful. But we’ve gotten good at handling the chaos over time. The view from our floor isn't much, just the tops of other buildings and the busy road below, but it’s a good place to work. We’re just a small team trying to keep everything moving. Most of the time we’re just making sure things get from point A to point B without any extra trouble. It's regular work, but we've been doing it for long enough that we know how to handle the small stuff. We just keep at it.
