Down here at Glenwood Micro Systems Pvt Ltd, we have a pretty good spot near the Thirumangalam Bus Depot. Being in Anna Nagar West on 6th Avenue means there is always a bus or a rickshaw going past our door at No 1148 in the 1st Block. We have been working on micro systems and computer parts in this neighborhood for quite a while now. The office is usually filled with the sound of cooling fans and people typing away. It is not the kind of place where we wear suits or have big meetings. We mostly just drink our tea and look at circuit boards or software issues. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we started, with more shops popping up everywhere, but we stay right here. It is easy for people to find us because of the landmark depot nearby. We have a small team, and we all know each other’s habits by now. When someone comes in with a technical problem, we just take a look and see what can be done without making a big deal out of it. We like being in this part of Anna Nagar because it feels like a real community. We don't have a mission statement on the wall, just some old calendars and a lot of spare parts. It’s just us doing our daily tech work in a corner of the city we know well.
