We’ve been sitting here in Vettuvankeni for a while now. The office is right on Main Road in Kasthuri Bai Nagar, which is part of Kanchipuram district but feels like it’s just on the edge of the city. Most days are just us handling the paperwork and talking to people who come through the door looking for some advice on their projects. It gets a bit dusty with the traffic outside, but you get used to it. We aren't trying to be some big corporate giant. GKK Consultants is just a small group of us trying to make sense of the regulations and requirements that our clients face. We usually have the tea guy come by around eleven, and that’s when we take a break. The address is 2/1786A, and it’s pretty easy to find if you know the area. Some people get lost looking for the specific lane, but if you ask anyone near the main road, they usually point you the right way. We spend a lot of time on the computers, checking things over and making sure everything is lined up right for the next day. It’s not flashy work, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on, especially when the deadlines are tight. We just do what we can to help people out with their consulting needs without making it more complicated than it needs to be.
