We’ve got our little office at No. 5 Sterling Avenue in Nungambakkam. It’s Gjj Properties LLP. It’s a quiet enough street most days, which is nice for getting things done. We mostly deal with property stuff, whether it is looking at land or helping people figure out what to do with their buildings. We’ve been around this part of Chennai for a bit and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of people, just a few of us who know the local market and keep things moving. Dealing with real estate can get a bit messy with all the documents and the legal bits, so we just try to keep it straight for whoever walks through the door. Usually, it's just us sitting around the table, going over maps and checking the latest listings. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we're something we're not. It’s just work, you know? Some days are slow and we just chat, other days the phone won't stop ringing and we're running all over the place to look at different sites. We like it here in Nungambakkam though. It feels like home to us. If you’re looking for someone who just knows the area and can talk plain about properties, that’s pretty much who we are and what we do from this office every single day of the week.
