GEZE India Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Plot No.MF2 & MF3 in the Guindy Industrial Estate, Ekkathuthangal. This is a big industrial hub, so there is always something going on around us. The heat in Chennai can be pretty intense, and our building feels it, but we have some fans and units to keep us going. We deal with door technology and hardware, so the office and the warehouse area are often full of metal parts, hinges, and heavy-duty closers. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, mostly just some calendars and a few diagrams. Most of the people working here have been in the industrial estate for a long time, so we’re used to the grit and the constant movement of trucks. The floor is concrete and has a few scratches from moving heavy crates around. We start early to get a head start on the day’s tasks, and there’s usually a lot of coordination needed between the warehouse and the desk staff. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady and we know the hardware inside and out. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office; we just want to make sure the door systems we handle are working correctly. It’s a solid, everyday routine in a busy part of the city.
