Even though our name has Qatar in it, you will actually find us over in Chennai. Our office is located at 3/827A on 8th Street in Krishnanagar, which is part of the Palavakkam area. We have been working from this spot for a while now, handling all the logistics and construction dynamics for our projects. It is a regular house that we’ve converted into a working space, so it feels very much like a local business. We are right in the middle of the residential part of Palavakkam, which we like because it’s not too loud. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through project plans on our computers. We’ve got a small team here in Chennai-41 and we all know each other well. It’s the kind of place where we have tea together in the afternoon and then get back to work. We deal with a lot of construction details, and sometimes things get a bit messy with all the paperwork, but we manage to keep it moving. If you’re walking down 8th Street, you’ll see us. We don’t have any big corporate banners out front. It’s just us doing our jobs and trying to stay organized with all the different things we have going on. We appreciate being part of the Krishnanagar community and just doing our part in the construction industry from here. It is a busy place but we like the pace of it all. We just keep working hard every day.
