We are located down on 11th Street in Tansi Nagar. It's a part of Velacheri that’s tucked away a bit from the main road. Our door is number 7. We've been in this Chennai neighborhood for a while, working on various home-related projects. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it's mostly just desks and a lot of maps of the local area. Velacheri has changed a lot since we first started, with more buildings popping up every year. We spend most of our time dealing with the practical side of housing. This means a lot of checking on construction sites and making sure the materials arrive when they are supposed to. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or traffic, which is just part of living in Chennai. We don't have a big corporate team. It’s just us, doing the daily work of managing properties and helping people with their homes. We know the local shops and the people on our street. It feels like a real community here in Tansi Nagar. We aren't here to give anyone a sales pitch. We just show up, do the paperwork, visit the sites, and try to make sure everything is handled correctly. It’s a lot of routine stuff, but it’s important work. We keep things moving as best as we can every day, even when the heat gets to us.
