Genesis Superabrasives (India) Private Limited

We are over on 2nd Main Road in R.A. Puram. It’s a relatively decent part of the city to work in, though parking can be a bit of a struggle if you arrive late in the morning. Our business is quite specific, focusing on superabrasives, which sounds a bit complicated but it’s really just about high-end cutting and grinding tools. We don’t have a big factory here; it’s more of an office and a small storage area for the parts we ship out. It’s mostly quiet inside, which is a nice change from the industrial zones where our customers are usually based. We spend a lot of time looking at technical specs and making sure we are sending the right grit or size to the workshops. We’ve got a small team, and we usually eat lunch together in the back room. The office has been here for a while, and the walls are covered with old calendars and technical charts. We don't really do walk-in retail, so most of our interaction is over the phone or through emails. It’s a steady pace of work. Sometimes we get a rush of orders at the end of the month, and then everyone is busy packing boxes and labeling crates. It’s not a glamorous job, but these tools are essential for a lot of manufacturing work around the country. We just focus on getting the right items to the right people.
