Garsen Cool Paints

We have been running Garsen Cool Paints for a bit now from our spot in Adyar. It’s at Dev Apartments, specifically Flat 17 on the 2nd Floor. The address is New No:15, Old No.7 on Ist Main Road in Kasthuri Nagar. It’s not a big warehouse, just a regular apartment space where we handle things. We sell paints that are meant to help with the heat, which is a big deal around here when the sun gets really strong. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much when we are carrying samples up and down, but we manage. Most days it’s just us talking to people about their roofs or walls. We don't have a big showroom with bright lights and fancy displays. It’s mostly just cans of paint and color charts scattered around the rooms. The neighborhood is usually busy with people going to work or heading to the shops. We try to keep things simple and just do what we can. We aren't some giant factory with hundreds of people. It’s just a small team of us working out of this flat. Sometimes the delivery guys have a hard time finding the entrance because of how the old and new numbers are listed on the street, but we usually just go down to meet them. We’ve lived and worked in this part of Chennai for a long time, so we know how the weather wears down a building. That’s why we started doing this. It keeps us occupied.
