Sm Exports

Sm Exports is at No. 2 Ganguraman Street on the 1st Floor. We are right near the Novelty Hotel, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us. The area is always busy, and there’s a lot of coming and going near the hotel. Our office is up one flight of stairs. It’s a basic place with just enough room for our desks and the samples we keep on hand. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing up documents for the export orders. It can get a bit chaotic when several things are happening at once, but we manage to stay on top of it. Being near the Novelty Hotel means we have plenty of places to grab a quick lunch, which is a nice perk. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, just some maps and maybe a calendar. The work is steady but it requires us to be careful with the numbers and the dates. Sometimes the power flutters, and we have to wait a minute for the computers to come back on, but we’re used to it. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees; we are just a small team working out of this office on Ganguraman Street. We try to get our work done efficiently so we can get home at a decent hour, though some days that’s easier said than done. It is just a normal life, making sure the goods get where they need to go.
