Gn Car Audios

If you go down G. P. Road, you’ll find us at Gn Car Audios, right at No. 58. We are very close to the Hdfc Bank, which is a good landmark because the street is always packed with cars and bikes. It is a loud place to work. We spend our time pulling wires through car interiors and fitting speakers into doors. There are usually two or three cars parked out front with their doors wide open and music playing while we test the sound. It’s a bit chaotic with all the different tools and rolls of tape lying around. We have speakers and head units stacked on the shelves, some in boxes and some just sitting out. We aren't a big polished showroom. It’s a workshop through and through. The smell of plastic and new electronics is always in the air. We talk to a lot of people who just want their music to sound a bit better while they’re stuck in traffic. Most of our day is spent bent over dashboards or working in trunks. It’s greasy work sometimes and we usually have wire clippings stuck to our clothes. We’ve been at this spot near the bank for a long time. People know they can just pull up and we will take a look at what’s wrong with their system. It is just what we do every day. By the time we close up, the street is finally starting to get a bit quieter.
