We’ve been based out of Kovilpatti in the Tuticorin district for a while now. Specifically, you can find us at 185/6 Srinivasa Nagar on the first street. It’s a busy little area and we’ve gotten used to the pace here over the years. Some people think it’s just a branch of the Chennai office because of the name, but we handle our own work on the ground here. Most days it’s just us doing what needs to get done. The building isn’t anything fancy, just a practical space where we keep things moving. We deal with a lot of heavy stuff and technical parts, so the workshop floor usually has something going on. It gets pretty hot here in the summer months, but that’s just Tuticorin for you. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that in the office. We mostly focus on making sure the orders are right and the equipment is looked after before it goes out. If you walk down the street, it’s mostly residential and small local shops, so we try to be good neighbors to everyone around us. People around here know us as the place with the big name from the city, but we’ve been part of this community for a long time. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a big marketing team, just a few of us making sure everything works like it should.
