Firstwings Exim Pvt. Ltd. is located up on the first floor at No. 889 in Azhagapuri Nagar. Having the office on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when we need a break from looking at the computer screens. It’s a busy little area, and we are right in the middle of it. We spend our days sorting through export documents and talking to suppliers. It’s a lot of coordination work. We don't have a big fancy entrance, just the stairs leading up to our door. Once you’re inside, it’s mostly just desks and filing cabinets filled with years of records. We try to keep things organized, but when we have a big deadline, the place gets a bit messy with boxes and tape everywhere. It’s just the way it goes. We’ve been in Azhagapuri Nagar for a while, so we know most of the people nearby. The work isn't always exciting, but it’s what we know how to do. Making sure every shipment is cleared and every detail is logged takes up most of our energy. We don't use any high-tech systems, just the basic stuff that works. It’s a practical way to run a business. We stay late some nights when the time zones don't line up, but we don't mind much. It’s part of the job.
