First-Man Management Service

First-Man Management Service is located right here in T Nagar, specifically on the second lane of North Bug Road. We are pretty close to Bhagraja Hospital, so there are always people walking by and a lot of ambulances with their sirens going. Our office is tucked away at number 3. We spend most of our days sitting at these desks dealing with paperwork for various management tasks or talking on the phone. It is not the most exciting kind of work, but it is what we do to keep things running. The office gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, especially with all the paper files we have to keep track of in the cabinets. We help manage different services for other businesses nearby, mostly just making sure staff are scheduled and things are organized. T Nagar is a very crowded area, so getting to work in the morning can be a real headache with the traffic. We have been in this same spot for a good while now. It is a lot of checking lists and following up on people. Sometimes we have folks coming in for interviews or just to ask about open positions. We try to keep the place tidy, even though the desks usually look like a mess of notes by the afternoon. It is just a regular small business. We stay focused on the tasks we have for the day and try to finish the pile of work.
