Findbhk Realty Services Private Limited is tucked away in Spencer Plaza. We are on the 7th floor, in Suite No.405 of 715-A. Being in Spencer Plaza on Anna Salai is interesting because the place has so many corridors. We spend our time helping people find apartments, what most people call BHKs. It’s a lot of searching through listings and talking to owners. The office is just a regular workspace with some computers and a lot of notebooks. Since we are in the middle of Chennai, it’s easy for people to drop by after work. We don't have a fancy reception desk. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. We know the different blocks of the city quite well. Some areas are better for water and some are better for the train. We try to share that kind of practical info. We don't do big TV ads or anything. Most of our work comes from people telling their friends about us. It’s a bit crowded in the mall sometimes, especially on weekends, but we stay focused on the property lists. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency. We just want to find a decent place for people to live without a lot of drama. It’s a lot of legwork and phone calls every day. We usually stay until the mall lights start dimming.
