Finance Incharge

We handle the money side of things from our office at Plot 56 in T K S Nagar. Thiruvottiyur is where we are based. It’s a busy area and we are right in the middle of it. We look after accounts and bookkeeping. It isn't a very exciting job for most people, but someone has to do it. We spend our days with ledgers and spreadsheets. The office is pretty plain. We have some filing cabinets and a few desks. We don't go for any luxury here. It’s all about the numbers and making sure everything adds up correctly. Sometimes the paperwork gets piled up high on the desks. We stay until the books are balanced. The neighborhood is mostly quiet during the day while we are working. We aren't a big bank or anything like that. We just manage the financial tasks that come our way. People in the area know where to find us if they have a question about a payment. We’ve been in T K S Nagar for quite some time now. It’s a straightforward business. We just keep track of the cash flow and make sure the bills are paid on time. If the fan isn't working, it gets a bit stuffy, but we just open the window. It’s a regular routine. We check the bank statements and verify the receipts. There's a lot of repetitive work but we don't mind. Accuracy is more important than speed for us.
